We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know.. If an item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Item must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. If you would like other items you may place another order through the web site or specify what items you would like inside the returned package. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
You can send the item back to us at the address below using any other traceable method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. If the item was faulty when you received it,we will also reimburse your freight costs upon approval. Otherwise you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You are also responsible for anyitems lost in transport.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. For COD (Postförskott) returns, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the price paid.
