Women’s Measuring Information

Take your measurements with a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler. For the most precise measurements, measure over your undergarments.

Head: Measure the circumference of your head above your eyebrow ridge, keeping tape level and firm across your temples.

Bust: Wrap tape around the fullest part of your bust (make sure to go over your shoulder blades), then drop arms at your sides to measure.

Natural Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waistline. Wrap tape around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between your body and the measuring tape.

Low Waist: Wrap tape measure about 3 – 5 cm below your natural waistline.

Hips: With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your body between your waist and the top of your legs. Remember to keep the tape comfortably loose and parallel to the floor.

Inseam: Take a pair of pants that fit you well and lay them flat. Run tape measure along the inside of the leg from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. Round to the nearest 1 cm to get your inseam. If you are purchasing pants you intend to machine wash, we suggest you add one inch to account for shrinkage. For outerwear, the inseam refers to the length of the jacket from the shoulder to the bottom hem.
